Pagnani's pork salami with summer truffle is an Italian cured meat, where traditional production meets excellent truffles.
Quality begins with the selection of ingredients. Exclusively Italian pork is used, processed to a medium-fine consistency to ensure the correct texture. In addition, the mixture is enriched with a special sauce containing pieces of summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.). The result is a pinkish-red color and white fat pieces that blend with the aroma of the forest. They offer a better taste experience than conventional cured meats.
