Apricot extra jam

This jam from Apicoltura Rossi is made from the best Italian apricots and sugar.

It is prepared by slow cooking in a vacuum pot and according to traditional Rossi family recipes. The best fruits are selected to create a product with a natural taste, to which only a small amount of sugar is added.

Thanks to the right balance between the sweetness of sugar and apricots, the jam has an excellent taste, whether you enjoy it on bread or rusks. Ideal for spreading and in yogurts or preparing cakes and pastries.

Ingredients: apricots 60%, sugar, fruit pectin.

No preservatives or colourings. Suitable for children, vegans and vegetarians.
