Italian Risotto with Chicory (Risotto al Radicchio Rosso)

Ideariso ready-made risotto mixes are created by combining selected quality ingredients with the Gigante Vercelli variety, which is part of Ideariso's Presidio Slow Food* project.

Gigante Vercelli rice is an ancient rice variety, ideal for preparing delicate and creamy risottos.

This mixture is packaged in an aluminum carton tube with a controlled atmosphere to guarantee unique freshness and quality.

Finally, the feature that most distinguishes Ideariso risotto mixes is the cooking time: in 12-14 minutes, you will get three to four servings of creamy risotto with an excellent taste.

Preparation: Pour the "risotto mix" into a pan with a little heated oil and sauté for 1 minute over low heat, stirring constantly. While stirring, pour in half a glass of water or white wine and let the liquid evaporate. Gradually add 800-1000 ml of hot water and let it evaporate completely (12-14 min). Finally, add a knob of butter and let it melt.
