Bergamot Marmalade
Bergamot is an aromatic, lemon-like fruit with wide uses due to its essential oil. It is a citrus fruit crossbred with lemon, citron, and lime.
It is grown in Southern Italy, in the Calabria region.
This bergamot marmalade has a very intense flavour due to the added peel content.
Its colour is dark yellow, and its intense flavour and aroma can be compared to a sweet and sour lemon.
It contains no chemical or artificial substances, consisting only of bergamot pulp, juice, and peel, with a little sugar.
Also suitable for cakes, pies, and yoghurts.
Ingredients: bergamot peel, pulp, and juice 55%, sugar 38%.
