Ready-made Nduja sauce is handmade without preservatives or colourings. It is a ready-made tomato sauce with Nduja from Spilinga and extra virgin olive oil.
Nduja is a spicy spreadable sausage that is excellent in sauces, where it blends perfectly with other ingredients when melted. It gives them a full flavour and a pleasant spiciness.
How is the ready-made Nduja sauce used?
It is ready to serve and can be enjoyed, for example, on toast. We also recommend heating it and mixing it with pasta, for example. You can also add a few other ingredients, such as some olives, or anything else that comes to mind.
