Trapani IGP (PGI) sea salt is a completely natural product, obtained without the use of additives, bleaches, preservatives and anti-caking agents, which makes it a particularly pure salt that is highly valued in the Italian and European canning industry. It is very rich in magnesium and its properties include maximum solubility.
Spicy, aromatic and very spicy. Ideal especially for grilled meat, but also for baked and boiled meat, baked or grilled potatoes. Also suitable for gourmets.
