Dimòniu lavender honey comes from bees that collect nectar from lavender flowers and is considered one of the best honeys that can be found on the market.

Single flower lavender honey is produced by bees that visit fields of wild lavender. These lavenders grow spontaneously and untouched in central Sardinia (Nuorese) at an altitude of 700/800 meters. This pristine natural mountain area, free of factories and smog, allows for the production of pure and uncontaminated honey.

The color is light yellow and very fast crystallization provides fine crystals, very pleasant on the palate.

Its most characteristic note is given by the scent, which is clearly reminiscent of lavender.

It boasts a very delicate taste. This peculiarity makes lavender honey instantly recognizable and highly prized by honey lovers.

It is suitable for pies, cakes, wholemeal bread and desserts.

Excellent in combination with fresh cheeses.
