Aromatic Penelope Rosa rice
Penelope Rosa rice is produced by partially processing whole grain Nero Penelope black rice, an aromatic rice with a delicate taste and aroma.
The result of careful selection and processing of rice is an ideal product for both simple and luxurious dishes.
Excellent for preparing aromatic risotto, poke bowls and rice salads, which are quick to prepare and, thanks to their colour and aroma, guarantee a varied meal.
If you add an acidic ingredient (e.g. lemon juice, white wine or apple cider vinegar) when cooking the rice, the rice will acquire one of many shades of pink.
This rice is packed in an aluminum-lined cardboard tube with a controlled atmosphere to guarantee unique freshness and quality.
