Dried Sicilian oregano

The drying of Macara aromatic plants takes place in a natural way, which allows slow drying and is necessary to fix and preserve all the best organoleptic properties of the aromatic plants.

Oregano is harvested in June, when it is in full bloom, and dried naturally. Cold processing by hand without changing the organoleptic properties.

Recommended use:

For flavoring sauces, preparing marinades for red meat, roasted or grilled vegetables, bruschetta with extra virgin olive oil or for tomatoes.
If you want to highlight and make the best use of its scent and aroma, first rub a pinch of oregano vigorously with your fingers or on the palms of your hands before sprinkling it on the food.
