Polenta with summer truffle comes from a selection of the finest corn flours that are combined with summer truffle.
A tasty dish that recalls the best peasant culinary traditions.
Polenta with summer truffle has always been considered a real wholesome dish.
In winter, it is served as a warm dish with meat, vegetable or tomato sauces. In spring and summer, it can be cooked in advance and left to cool. It is then served after it has cooled completely, cut into cubes, which makes it the perfect companion for cheese or sausages.
Cooking:
Slowly pour the summer truffle polenta into plenty of salted water and stir well with a whisk so that it is soft, smooth and well mixed at the end of cooking. Serve with meat or vegetable sauces. Once cooked, it can also be poured onto a plate or platter and left to cool. It can then be cut into cubes and served as a snack, appetizer or as a side dish with cheese or sausages.
