The Truffle and Olive cream it’s a great alternative for a quick dish. Thanks to its typical Olive and Truffle taste and its easy use, it is a very transversal and perfect product for many recipes.
SUGGESTIONS IN COOKING
• Bread (toasts, crostini)
• Pasta, rice, risotto and polenta
• Filling for pasta (ravioli, tortellini) or meat
• Grilled, baked and fried meat
• Grilled, baked and pan-fried vegetables (mainly potatoes but also artichokes and eggplants)

• Cooked fishes
The truffle and Olive cream is a easy product to cook with all kind of ingredients.
We suggest to use 15-20g of sauce per person. You can use it cold on a toasted bread or warm in a pan for cooking pasta. You can prepare more elaborated recipes adding fresh cream, melted cheese, bechamel, butter, oil, mayonnaise.
Ingredients: Mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), extra virgin olive oil, black olives 18.5%, sunflower oil, black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt) 3%, anchovies, capers, salt, flavouring.
