Sea salt from Trapani IGP (PGI) is a completely natural product, obtained without the use of additives, bleaches, preservatives and anti-caking agents, which makes it a particularly pure salt that is highly valued in the Italian and European canning industry. It is very rich in magnesium and its properties include maximum solubility.
