Whole grain sea salt from Trapani IGP (PGI) with Sicilian oregano.
Trapani IGP (PGI) sea salt is a completely natural product, obtained without the use of additives, bleaches, preservatives and anti-caking agents, which makes it a particularly pure salt that is highly valued in the Italian and European canning industry. It is very rich in magnesium and its properties include maximum solubility.
Sicilian flavor and aroma excellence, ideal for adding flavor and aroma to focaccia, to fresh tomato salads, to marinades, on grilled meat. Also suitable for gourmets.
It is recommended to add it only at the end of cooking, to hot food, in order to preserve as much as possible the bright green color of the oregano leaves present.
