Composition
- Truffle béchamel : CREAM, water, corn starch, sunflower oil, salt, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP 0.5% (MILK, salt, rennet), sunflower lecithin, flavoring, natural flavoring, acidifiers: citric acid, lactic acid.
- Truffle cream : cultivated mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), sunflower oil, black olives, summer truffle 3% (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), salt, flavoring.
