Swordfish fillets processed exclusively by hand, stewed and preserved in olive oil.

After being caught, the fish are processed while still fresh in the Adelfio laboratory, where the entire cycle of their processing takes place right up to packaging. It starts with the selection of pieces, through cleaning, cooking, to the last stage of packaging. And all this with full respect for the old craft tradition.
