• Truffle paste from black truffle 3%, 50 g

Ingredients: mushrooms, sunflower oil, black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 3%, salt, pepper, garlic, aroma.

• Creamy cream with white truffles 4%, 50 g

Ingredients: CREAM, rice flour, white truffle (Tuber borchii, Vittad.) 3%, precious white truffle (Tuber magnatum Pico) 1%, GRANA PADANO CHEESE (containing: LISOZIM FROM JÍŠEK), salt, aroma.

• Extra virgin olive oil with white truffle, 60 ml

Ingredients: extra virgin olive oil, aroma from white truffle (Tuber Magnatum Pico).

Preparation in the kitchen

Three very successful truffle products for every occasion, a set for preparing delicious sauces.

Use

It is recommended to use 15 - 20 g of sauce or cream per serving, it can be served cold straight from the glass or reheated in a pan over a low heat.

For oil, a teaspoon per serving cold is recommended.
