Only the best onions, harvested at the right stage of ripeness and processed by hand, are used to prepare this intensely aromatic cream.

An excellent spread for bread as an appetizer or as a snack that is rich in flavor and quick to prepare. 

Ingredients: olive oil, onion 37 %, salt, wine vinegar, whey, Pecorino cheese (sheep's milk, salt, rennet), garlic, chilli, acidity regulator: citric acid.
