Sacchi Tartufi
White truffle (known professionally as Tuber Borchii Vitt. or Tuber albidum Pico, or commonly in various parts of Italy as Marzuolo), first quality, sliced and placed in brine.
It has an interesting visual effect, suitable for enthusiasts and professionals, a great alternative to fresh truffles.

Uses
We recommend using one teaspoon of slices per serving.
