Cerasus Sanguine Cherry Balsamic Vinegar

Cerasus Sanguine Cherry Balsamic Vinegar is produced through an innovative aging process that yields an unaltered, authentic, and fragrant product capable of enhancing the flavor of dishes. Thanks to this special process, it retains the properties of the raw material from which it is made.

Unlike wine vinegar, this cherry balsamic vinegar does not require barrel aging, but only about a year of resting to stabilize and at the same time preserve its valuable organoleptic properties.

Additionally, cherries contain antioxidants that reduce the risk of heart disease and fight free radicals. The flavonoid quercetin, present in moderate amounts, is one of the most effective anti-cancer agents.

Cherry balsamic vinegar offers various interpretations and countless benefits for overall human vitality. Due to its properties, it is able to captivate consumers who are also constantly seeking a unique taste.

Cerasus Sanguine uses only natural ingredients, such as cherry juice, and adds no sugar, caramel, thickeners, colorings, or other unnatural additives. Unlike other products on the market, our cherry balsamic vinegar is not exposed to high temperatures, thus retaining the organoleptic properties of cherry juice.

Argentum Cherry Balsamic Vinegar

This is a creamy nectar of dark walnut color that delicately complements meats with a strong flavor (e.g., game and boiled meat) and more mature cheeses. Traditional dishes will find a perfect ally in this cherry balsamic vinegar. Also excellent as an addition to confectionery products.

Cherry balsamic vinegar pairs well with red meat dishes (Wagyu, especially Kobe, horse carpaccio, roasted beef) and mature cheeses.
