Timilia stone-ground wholemeal flour, cane sugar, eggs from free-range hens, orange peel, manna and Sicilian extra virgin olive oil.
Only genuine and natural ingredients have been selected to create a high quality product dedicated to Sicily.
Manna is a sweet extract of ash tree resin, similar to maple syrup. The sap of the tree is taken directly from the trunk and then used in the processing.
Ingredients: Soft wheat flour type 1 from Sicily, cane sugar, durum wheat flour (Timilia variety) 16,3 %, fresh eggs (from free-range hens) 10,2 %, butter, extra virgin olive oil 6 %, candied orange peel (orange peel glucose-fructose syrup, sugar) 3 %, potato starch, fresh whole milk, Manna flakes 1,5 %, Manna solution (water, natural Manna 30 %) 1 %, natural flavouring, cinnamon, salt, vanilla, raising agents: sodium bicarbonate, disodium diphosphate.
