This simple recipe uses Sicilian lemons, ancient grain, fresh eggs and cane sugar to create delicate and delicious biscuits.

They are also ideal for lactose intolerant people as they do not contain dairy ingredients.

These biscuits are perfect with coffee or cappuccino.

Ingredients: soft wheat flour type 1 from Sicily 42,7 %, cane sugar, fresh eggs (from free-range hens) 12,3 %, candied lemon peel (lemon peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar) 9,6 %, potato starch, extra virgin olive oil 5,3 %, sunflower oil, salt, natural flavouring, raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate.
