The French brand Jean Brunet is a long-standing manufacturer of a wide portfolio of high-quality products without any artificial ingredients according to traditional recipes, which can also be used on a gluten-free diet.

Production dates back to 1895. Jean Brunet offers gourmet specialties and delicacies in a wide range of flavors in different types and variants of pâtés – terrines, pâtés, confits, etc.

In production, it uses a traditional method without the addition of dyes, preservatives and emulsifiers, i.e. without Eček.

Farm terrine

Farmer's terrine from Jean Brunet is one of the basic terrines and is interesting not only as a snack.

French terrine is a traditional coarse pâté. It is prepared from pork, veal or poultry, but also from duck or goose liver.

This type of pate contains larger pieces of meat, unlike classic pate.

Ingredients : Pork lard, pork liver 30%, pork neck, salt, spices, nutmeg , pepper.
