Cerasus Sanguine Cherry Balsamic Vinegar

Cerasus Sanguine Cherry Balsamic Vinegar is produced using an innovative aging process that results in an unaltered, genuine, and fragrant product capable of enhancing the flavor of dishes. Thanks to this special process, it retains the properties of the raw material from which it is made.

Unlike wine vinegar, this cherry balsamic vinegar does not require aging in barrels, but only about a year of resting to stabilize and at the same time preserve its valuable organoleptic properties.

Furthermore, cherries contain antioxidants that reduce the risk of heart disease and combat free radicals. The flavonoid quercecitrin, present in them in moderate amounts, is one of the most effective anti-tumor agents.

Cherry balsamic vinegar offers various interpretations and countless benefits for overall human vitality. Its properties make it appealing to consumers who are also constantly seeking unique flavors.

Cuprum Cherry Balsamic Vinegar

Its balanced taste adds harmony to delicate dishes such as risottos, steak tartare, and fresh cheeses. It also surprises when combined with yogurt. It is thick and rich in flavor.

It is a cherry balsamic vinegar that pairs well with dark chocolate, semi-aged cheeses, panettone, or dishes like mango kulfi. It excels in risottos (with gorgonzola and pears, pumpkin, with morlacca and honey), sushi, and sashimi.
