In production, it uses a traditional method without the addition of dyes, preservatives and emulsifiers, i.e. without Eček.

Pate Duck terrine with Armagnac

Armagnac is a special type of cognac and in combination with duck meat gives the terrine an unforgettable experience.

A terrine is a traditional meat dish originally from France. It is prepared from a mixture of pork, veal or poultry, but also from duck or goose liver. This type contains larger pieces of meat than in classic pate.

Duck terrine will not disappoint on the holiday table, best as an excellent complement to red wine.
