The intense taste of sausage (salsiccia) combined with the milder taste of summer truffles creates one of the most popular sauces in Italian cuisine.
This product can be heated in a bain-marie, microwave or directly in a pan.
Serving tip:
It goes exceptionally well with pasta, bucatini or spaghetti. Try it with gnocchi too.
Ingredients: Sausage dough (pork, salt, pepper, garlic), onion, pasteurized fresh cream , mushrooms, pasteurized whole milk , extra virgin olive oil, summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt) 3%, cheese ( milk , salt, microbial rennet) ), corn flour, salt, black olives, aroma, spices.
