Cherry honey is one of the first honeys produced in northern Italy at the beginning of the year, when wild cherries are blooming in the forests, just waking up from winter sleep.

Excellent with medium-aged and soft cheeses.

Unfortunately, the early flowering period does not allow for a rich harvest.
