Honey from sunflower flowers can be recognized by its bright yellow color, it does not have a particularly strong aroma and is recognizable by its smell, which resembles pollen and wax.
It is characterized by a slightly sweet taste. One of its most distinctive features is the refreshing sensation it creates on the tongue.
It is excellent as a table honey and is also widely used in confectionery and the food industry.
It goes well with cheeses such as taleggio, raschera and toma.

Color: in the liquid state dark straw yellow, in the crystalline state intensely creamy with a golden tinge.
