The meat is first cut into thin strips, lightly seasoned, and then cold-smoked for half a day. Afterwards, it is dried at a low temperature for several days.

Beef Superior Jerky - Smoked Beef Jerky

These Jerky resemble a high-quality beef steak, but the taste is more intense and complemented by a subtle smoky note that further enhances it.

Beef tenderloin is used as the raw material, hand-sliced into thin pieces, seasoned with spices, and naturally smoked with beech wood.

Finally, they are left to slowly mature for several days to guarantee their tenderness and taste.

For 40g of dried meat, 135g of fresh meat is needed.
