We recommend 15-20 g of sauce or cream per portion, directly raw on the dish or after a light warming in  a pan. For the oil, we recommend one raw teaspoon per portion.

Truffle Sauce - 50g 

Ingredients: mushrooms, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 1%, black olives, salt, truffle aroma.

Extra virgin olive oil dressing White Truffle flavour - 55ml 

Ingredients: extra virgin olive oil, white truffle aroma (Tuber Magnatum Pico).

Porcini Mushrooms and White Truffle Cream - 45g 

Ingredients: porcini mushrooms 58,5%, white precious truffle (Tuber Magnatum Pico) 0,5%, extra virgin olive oil, truffle aroma.

Parmesan and Bianchetto Truffle cream - 45g 

Ingredients: cream, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese DOP 5%, corn starch, white truffle (Tuber albidum Pico) 3%, salt, truffle flavouring, E270.
