Citron Marmalade
Citron is an aromatic fruit similar to a lemon, with a wide range of uses thanks to its essential oil.
It is grown in southern Italy, in the regions of Calabria and Sicily. It is also cultivated in the Mediterranean climate of the Tuscan Maremma.
This citron marmalade has a very intense flavour thanks to the added peel.
It is dark yellow in colour, with an intense flavour and aroma that can be compared to a sweet-and-sour lemon.
It contains no chemical or artificial ingredients. It consists only of citron - its pulp, juice and peel - and a small amount of sugar.
This citron marmalade goes perfectly with all kinds of cheese. It is also suitable for cakes, pastries and yoghurt.
