Cerasus Sanguine Cherry Balsamic Vinegar

Cerasus Sanguine Cherry Balsamic Vinegar is produced using an innovative aging process that yields an unaltered, authentic, and fragrant product capable of enhancing the flavor of dishes. Thanks to this special process, it retains the properties of the raw material from which it is made.

Unlike wine vinegar, this cherry balsamic vinegar does not require barrel aging, but only about a year of rest to stabilize while preserving its valuable organoleptic properties.

Cherries also contain antioxidants that reduce the risk of heart disease and combat free radicals. The flavonoid quercecitrin, present in moderate amounts, is one of the most effective anti-tumor agents.

Cherry balsamic vinegar offers diverse interpretations and countless benefits for overall human vitality. Its properties allow it to appeal to consumers who are also constantly seeking unique flavors.

Cerasus Sanguine uses only natural ingredients, such as cherry juice, and adds no sugar, caramel, thickeners, colorings, or other unnatural additives. Unlike other products on the market, our cherry balsamic vinegar is not exposed to high temperatures, thus preserving the organoleptic properties of the cherry juice.

Ater Cherry Balsamic Vinegar

Fresh and young, black in color, this is the cherry balsamic vinegar with the shortest aging period in the entire Cerasus Sanguine range.

It is excellent for seasoning salads, appetizers, and baked dishes. Always added at the end of cooking, it adds more character to dishes with its acidic taste.

It is a cherry balsamic vinegar that pairs well with salads, fresh cheeses, white meats, sweet fruits (e.g., peaches, apples, pears), grilled vegetables (red chicory, ...), and appetizers such as parmesan baskets with shrimp, avocado, and roasted almonds, or stuffed zucchini blossoms.
