Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P. without dyes

The aroma of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP (Protected Geographical Indication) comes from its aging in "barrels" made of different types of wood.

The wood thus refines the product over time.

The result is a high-quality finished product with an intense essence that enhances the taste of dishes.

This Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is the product of careful aging in special chestnut and oak wood barrels, with oak predominating.

It is suitable for seasoning grilled and cooked vegetables.

We recommend it for light preparations, all kinds of vegetables, salads, asparagus, and soft cheeses.
