Apulian Taralli are traditional baked goods (snacks) typical of Puglia, shaped like a ring and known for their crunchy and crumbly consistency, achieved by double baking (boiling and oven baking).

The crunchy Taralli from Tentazioni Pugliesi are made according to an ancient recipe from Puglia.

They are based on simple and natural ingredients: soft wheat flour, Apulian white wine, extra virgin olive oil and aromatic spices.

The naturally leavened ingredients undergo a special cooking process, making them crispy and considered a "healthy snack".
