Black Truffle Juice

This juice is obtained by cooking black truffles: summer black truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) and precious black truffle (Tuber Melanosporum Vitt.)

It can be used as a seasoning in anything from starters to desserts. Ideal for risottos, meat tartare or fillets.

Sacchi Tartufi Black Truffle Juice is versatile and has the delicate, pleasant flavour of black truffles.

This is one of those products that no true gourmet should be without in their pantry. This juice is definitely worth trying. 

Directions for use
Shake well before use. Do not overheat or overcook the juice, to avoid losing the truffle aroma.

Storage
Store unopened at room temperature, away from light and heat sources. After opening, store in the refrigerator at 0–4 °C and use within 4–5 days.

Ingredients: Summer truffle juice (Tuber aestivum Vitt) 67%, precious black truffle juice (Tuber melanosporum Vitt) 30%, salt, flavouring.

Contains no colouring or preservatives.
