Lavender Honey

Brezzo lavender honey comes from bees that have collected the nectar from lavender flowers and is considered one of the best honeys that can be found on the market.

The colour is pale yellow and the very rapid crystallisation gives fine crystals, very pleasant on the palate.

Its most characteristic note is due to the aroma, which is clearly reminiscent of lavender.
