Grilled artichokes are delicious as a side dish or starter, or as a flavourful addition to salads.
They are therefore extremely versatile in the kitchen.
They are made using the finest locally grown artichokes, prepared according to rural traditions.
The artichokes are first cleaned and the outer leaves removed, then grilled.
After briefly grilling, they are marinated in oil with aromatic herbs and spices.
Ingredients: artichokes 60%, sunflower oil, natural flavouring and spices, black pepper, smoke flavouring, antioxidants: E330, E300.
