The aroma of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP (Protected Geographical Indication) comes from its aging in "barrels" made from different types of wood.

The wood thus softens the product over time.

The result is a finished product of high quality and an intense essence that enhances the taste of dishes.

This balsamic vinegar from Modena is the product of careful aging in special barrels made of chestnut, oak, cherry, mulberry and juniper with a predominance of chestnut.

It is suitable for the preparation of many gastronomic proposals, very versatile for national and international dishes.

We recommend it with fresh and cooked vegetables, salads, grilled or roasted meat.

Appearance: clear, brilliant

Color: dark brown

Smell: penetrating, with a touch of woody essences

Taste: sweet to sour with a hint of woody essences
