Brezzo honeys are natural products, they are not flavoured, they do not contain any aroma and they are honeys produced by bees that visit single-flower fields.

The taste of the honey is influenced by the flower of the plant.

Rhododendron Brezzo honey is one of the most sought-after and valuable.

The nectar, which is collected by bees in the rhododendron meadows of the Alpine valleys at an altitude of 2 000 metres, is found in the season from late June to early July.

The difficult environmental conditions make it very difficult for the bees to work, which is one of the reasons why this honey is so valuable.

Rhododendron honey has a light colour, a fine and creamy crystallisation and a pleasant crystallisation on the palate.

The delicacy of the aroma is enhanced by a fresh and floral note.

Harvest period: June-July; harvest area: Piedmont-Italy; consistency: crystallised; colour: pale straw yellow; aroma: pungent; flavour: fruity, intense, sugar and snow.

Serving: excellent with mountain cheeses.

Ingredients: rhododendron blossom honey (country of origin: Italy).
