Brezzo honeys are natural products, they are not flavored, they do not contain aromas and they are honeys produced by bees that visit single flower fields. The taste of honey is influenced by the particular flower of the plant.

Italian Sulla Honey (Miele di Sulla)

Although Sulla Honey is one of the highest quality honeys produced in Italy, it is still surprisingly little known to the general public.

This is honey that crystallizes spontaneously and creates a creamy mass of fine crystals. For this reason, it is particularly suitable for spreading.

The taste is fresh and delicate, with a distinct floral accent.

Sulla pollen is almost always present in variable and sometimes minimal amounts in all honeys produced in central and southern Italy. On the contrary, it does not occur in honey produced outside Italy. The presence of this pollen is used as an indicator of the Italian origin of the honey.

Recommended for cheeses with a dull taste. Due to its mild tone, it is an excellent sweetener for tea, coffee and herbal teas, as it does not change their taste. Ideal for preparing cakes and nougats.
