Italian honey from lemon flowers

Brezzo honeys are natural products, they are not flavored, they do not contain aromas and they are honeys produced by bees that visit single flower fields.

Brezzo lemon honey comes from bees that collected nectar from lemon flowers and is produced only in a small area in eastern Sicily.

It is quite rare to find lemon plantations large enough to allow the production of pure lemon honey.

In terms of properties, it is quite similar to the color orange, which can be distinguished from the others by a more sour and pungent note.

For these peculiarities, as well as in combination with cheese, it is also excellent as a sweetener for herbal teas and cold drinks.

Best in combination with fresh and mature cheeses.
