COOKING SUGGESTIONS
Cook the gnocchi with summer truffle in abundant salted water, drain and complete the preparation in a pan with a few knobs of butter and a few spoons of Parmesan. To further enhance the intoxicating flavor of the truffle, add some Summer Truffle Slices, the result will be exceptional.

Pour gently the “Truffle Gnocchi” in plentiful salty water, drain “al dente” and finish cooking in a pan. Complete it with the addition of some butter, some Parmigiano Reggiano and optionally some Summer truffle slices.
