Bergamot is an aromatic fruit similar to lemon with a wide range of uses thanks to its essential oil. It is a citrus hybrid of lemon, cedar and lime.

They are grown in the south of Italy in the Calabria region.

This bergamot marmalade has a very intense flavour due to the added zest content.

The colour is dark yellow, the flavour and aroma intense, which can be compared to a sweet and sour lemon.

It does not contain any chemical or artificial substances and consists only of bergamot, its pulp, juice and rind, with a little sugar.

It is also suitable for cakes, pies and yoghurt.

Ingredients: bergamot peel, pulp and juice 55 %, sugar 38 %.

No preservatives or colouring agents.
