To exploit at best the product qualities, we suggest 35-40 g per person sauté together with the pasta directly in the pan. To make a super risotto, to be added at the end of cooking during creaming.
Ingredients: Artichokes 65%, extra virgin olive oil, black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 5%, parsley, salt, aroma, pepper.
