Handmade salamis with the king of wines, the prized Barolo, added to the mix.

Following a recipe handed down for generations, the salamis are preserved in seed oil.

The choice of this oil is favourable to preservation and does not alter the taste of the raw material.

Ingredients: salami 52 % (Italian pork, Italian pork belly, Barolo wine 2,1 % (contains sulphites), salt, dextrose, natural flavouring, E252, E250), sunflower oil 45 %.
