Pasta sauce made from walnuts and cashews typical of Liguria.
It is ideal for traditional tagliolini, tagliatelle and egg pasta.
This nutty sauce also goes well with risotto or polenta.
It's quick and easy to use: just heat it over low heat and add a few spoonfuls of water while cooking.
