The taste of honey is influenced by the particular flower of the plant.

Italian honey from acacia flowers

Brezzo acacia honey is produced in the pristine forests of Roero and Monferrato (Piedmont - Italy), where this plant grows luxuriantly.

It is especially valued for its light color and sweet-sweet taste.

This honey always remains naturally liquid, crystallization is not present.

Acacia honey is used as table honey, sweetener, to prepare desserts, combination with yogurt, with mascarpone, fresh and blue cheeses.

It is excellent for cakes and fruit cakes.

Harvest period: April-May
Harvest area: Piedmont (Italy).
Aroma: floral, fresh fruit and sweet almonds
Taste: very sweet, vanilla, after sugared almonds.
Color: water white to straw yellow.

Brezzo honey experts respect the properties of this gift of nature at every stage of the production process, which is strictly controlled and prepared without heat treatment. Interventions in the product are minimal and honeys from different batches are not mixed in order to preserve their typicality.
