It comes from deep natural smoking and a slow dry-aging process, which guarantees its tenderness and distinctive taste.
The meat is first cut into thin strips, lightly seasoned, and then cold-smoked for half a day. Subsequently, it is dried for several days at a low temperature.
The result is a concentrated flavor dominated by smokiness. An ideal quick snack that satisfies and curbs cravings for "unhealthy" snacks.

Turkey Superior Jerky - Smoked dried turkey meat
They have a very delicate taste that emphasizes the smoky flavor without being too strong.
Turkey breasts are used as the raw material, which are hand-sliced, seasoned with spices, and smoked with beech wood for several hours.
Finally, they are slowly aged for 3 to 4 days to ensure their tenderness and flavor.
For 40g of dried meat, 135g of fresh meat is needed.
