Italian Risotto with Tomatoes and Rosemary (Risotto Pomodoro e Rosmarino)

Gigante Vercelli rice is an ancient rice variety, ideal for preparing delicate and creamy risottos.

This mixture is packaged in a tube made of aluminized cardboard with a controlled atmosphere to guarantee unique freshness and quality.

And finally, the characteristic that most distinguishes Ideariso risotto mixes is the cooking time: in 12-14 minutes, you will get three to four portions of creamy risotto with an excellent taste.

Preparation: Pour the "risotto mix" into a pan with a little melted oil and sauté for 1 minute over medium heat, stirring constantly. Pour in half a glass of water or white wine, stirring constantly, and let the liquid evaporate. Gradually add 800-1000 ml of hot water and let it evaporate completely (12-14 min). Finally, add a knob of butter and let it melt.
