Citron is an aromatic fruit similar to lemon with wide uses due to its essential oil.
They are grown in the south of Italy in the regions of Calabria and Sicily. They are also grown in the Mediterranean climate of the Tuscan Maremma.
This cedar marmalade has a very intense flavor due to the added bark content.
The color is dark yellow, the taste and aroma are intense, which can be compared to sweet and sour lemon.
It does not contain any chemicals or artificial substances. It consists only of cedar, its pulp, sap, bark and a small amount of sugar.
This cedar marmalade goes great with all kinds of cheese. It is also suitable for cakes, pies and yogurts.
