Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP (Protected Designation of Origin) is, like all works of art, a combination of ingenuity, knowledge and the ability to put your heart into it.

It is no coincidence that it is the creation of a masterpiece, thanks to which Italian modern art will not find competition throughout the world.

Its preparation is the result of centuries-old traditions and a real masterpiece.

A top product obtained after at least 12 years of very slow maturation in special small wooden barrels.

Very versatile, tastes best raw.

This balsamic vinegar from Modena is produced by careful aging in special barrels made of chestnut, cherry, mulberry, juniper and oak.

It stands out best in combination with Parmesan cheese and strawberries.

It is excellent when used in a creamy risotto, it goes well with baked and boiled meats.

It enhances the aroma and taste of every dish.

It is bottled in a special Konsorcia bottle to protect the traditional balsamic vinegar from Modena.
